His professional experience which includes the consultancy firms as well as core industry. He has worked with Big 4 Accounting Firms like AF Ferguson, RSM and PWC. He is having experience as a Head of the Finance Unit, Finance Director in the MNC.
Prior to starting the professional life, he was a Finance Director – SAARC of Specialised Computer Security and Surveillance company included in Top 200 Fortune Companies.
He has extensive knowledge in Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and International Taxation. He has handled the Business Restructuring, Due Diligence and PE financing.
He has also handled the divestment of the business as part of the restructuring of the business.

Mr. Manishkumar is the Graduate with Mumbai University and qualified Insolvency Professional registered under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
He has more than 20 years of Professional experience in Pharma, Healthcare and Beverage industries.
Prior to the starting the professional life, he was handling worldwide accounting and finance function as a Group Manager in Pharma Company.
He has experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Controlling, Management Accounting, Domestic and International Taxation.
Ms. Ruchita Patel – B Com, M Com, ICWA
Mrs. Ruchita is Qualified Master in Commerce and member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India.
She has more than 15 years of Professional experience in industries in Pharma, Healthcare, Beverage, Electronic Security and Surveillance and Motor Vehicle industry.
Prior to the starting the professional life, she was Sr Manager International Business in Business Planning Division of Tata Motors Ltd.
Her has experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Controlling, Management Accounting, Domestic and International Taxation.
Mr. Chandrakant Patel – B Com, FCA, DISA
He is a graduate from Mumbai University and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a Information System Auditor (ISA).
He has more than 20 years of Professional experience in the consultancy firms and core industry.
His experience includes working with KPMG.
He has experience in auditing India’s premier financial institutions, during his prior professional stints.
He has exceptional leadership qualities, great interpersonal skills, is an excellent team builder, and a solid go getter.
